Where do you ship?
I currently ship orders within France and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will my order take?
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over €150 within France. Shipping costs for other orders and destinations are calculated at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the applicable exceptions for personalised or made-to-order items.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please contact me before returning an item so I can provide the necessary return information.
Can I exchange an item?
Because each item is handcrafted and made to order, I don’t offer exchanges.
If there’s an issue with your order, you can request a refund following the steps above.
Can I return a custom or personalised item?
Custom and personalised items are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. I'll assess the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
